Catherine Chevillot, president of the CitÃ© de l’architecture et du patrimoine Paris and Jana Revedin, founding President of the Global Awards, will present the laureates of the Global Awards for Sustainable Architecture 2023.
This year’s edition has awarded five winners: Benedetta Tagliabue, Xu Tiantian, Simon Teyssou, Mette Ramsgaard Thomsen and Ronald Rietveld and Erik Rietveld.
The 2023 laureates engage themselves in thinking and doing architecture otherwise and teaching experimentation to future architects by example and experience. Benedetta Tagliabue, Xu Tiantian and Simon Teyssou experiment with participatory processes in situated projects through structural and material innovations with the people.

Inaugurated in 2021, the 400 mÂ² exhibition space, with its large arched windows overlooking Via Marco Polo in the iconic Porta Nuova district, has been interpreted by Benedetta Tagliabue as a kaleidoscope of colours, textures, and patterns that tells a surprising story of the brand’s history and technology and craftsmanship skills and all the expressive potential of ceramics.

Design platformÂ Alcova returnsÂ at a new venue, the Ex Macello di Porta Vittoria.
More than 70 projects by established and emerging designers will be displayedÂ here, including a selection of furniture designed by Enric Miralles (1955-2000) and Benedetta TagliabueÂ â€“ ‘Tropical’, ‘Dolmen’ and ‘Silla NEN’ will be exhibited at the fifth edition of Alcova 2023.

Roca returns to FuoriSalone 2023 with a pavilion by Benedetta Tagliabue â€“ EMBT Architects re-experiencing nature and paying tribute to 20th-century Barcelona architecture inspired by the lights and textures of the Mediterranean.
A sinuous and multisensory passage between undulating wood and ceramic walls where pylons and shutters create a game of lights, shadows, and textures.
