Passive design strategies ensure optimized natural lighting and ventilation, complemented by state-of-the-art HVAC systems and energy-efficient LED lighting.
The ground floor fosters community engagement, featuring retail spaces, cafes, and cultural exhibitions that celebrate Shkodra’s artistic legacy. The upper floors house hotel accommodations and apart-hotels, ensuring luxurious experiences with breathtaking panoramic views of the city and surrounding mountains.
