The Taichung Tower has reached the top, thus achieving the completion of its structure. To celebrate this important milestone, a private ceremony took place on December 5th following the Taiwanese culture.
The tower designed by Miralles Tagliabue EMBT, is growing upwards like the Spanish “castellars”. The building opens itself to the urban landscape through its form, an opening curved form. This allows it to dialogue and establish a connection with the surrounding vertical buildings. This intervention will be a dynamic and flexible part of the city.
